  1. little mario and big mario graphics completely new (retarded midgets)
  2. nearly all the  textures changed
  3. completely new text
  4. new enemies (including hank the drunken angry dwarf!!!)
  5. mario shoots really small midgets at enemies
  6. don king bricks and castles (smash the bricks and gore galore!)
  7. blood, decapitations, mutilation, and other happy changes for the entire family
  8. The tard midgets try to speak when they pick up something
  9. the letters look nicer now
  10. a new ending!
  11. other stuff...
The Story
yes my friend, I have devised a story for this demented hack.
One day in 199x the government had to make serious cutbacks, our two characters were in their padded rooms at the local sanitarium when they found out they wouldn't be getting their medicine anymore due to lack of funding, and strange hallucinations followed. Now they've been stuck in an alternate reality, Mario style. When our first midget friend finds his companion in a box, they double up for super midget power. That's all I can say...

List of new enemies:

goomba: weird walking things

koopa troopa: HANK THE ANGRY DRUNKEN DWARF!!!!!!! green hanks are piss drunk, red hanks are less drunk, and there are long haired hanks that can fly.

piranha plants: odd torture devices

lakitu: The amazing green man riding a hover disk, and he throws guts at you. watch out! The guts are bony and sharp! And they're alive!

beetle things: weird midgets driving miniature cars

squid: a psychotic swimming guy

fish: small submarines

hammer bros.: the evil big blob! and he throws people at you!

bowser: two evil midgets in a giant robot

bullet bill: decapitated heads

and probably more... keep in mind I spent many hours changing everything in the game, so play it through and see the wonders!
